Shipping is free within the United States.

Shipping charges are applied on all international orders and will appear as a separate charge on your credit card bill. Please be aware that orders shipped to an international address may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Unfortunately, Dean Harris does not have information on customs or duties and we are not able to estimate these charges for you as they vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you place your purchase within our business hours, your item will ship the same day. If it is after hours, it will ship the following day that we are open. We ship Federal Express 2nd day for most items within the United States. International packages are shipped Federal Express where possible. You will be notified via e-mail as to the status of your shipment.

Items may be returned for any reason up to 14 days after receiving your purchase. The item(s) must be unused and in good condition. Please call or e-mail our office to receive a Return Authorization number (RA number). This number must appear on the outside of the box when shipped back to us. All products purchased from our website must be in the original packaging.
